So they do, whatever we all think of Dan Rafael - he has done the hard yards to get where he is. But then the boxing media in America is far bigger than it is here.

Proper boxing men have been discarded like bog roll by the televised media for offending their senses - never to be seen again - wherever we want to see them or not never comes into the equation.

If this young lady gets her slot in the televised media - it will be because she is pretty and well spoken and has the right background - if she looked like Kathy Burke and came from a council estate in Hunslet - we wouldn't even be discussing it.

Knowing your stuff has nothing to do with it. I am sure the young lady in question does know her stuff but then most of us do on here but no-one is banging on our doors to hear our voices.

If having a few videos on youtube opens that door when there are male commentators who run websites, go to shows, write columns in their spare time without reward and who will never get their chance - then there is something wrong! Long live sexism!

No I thought about this one before I posted. She's a camwhore--not in the intuitive sense but in the look at me, attention seeking, self-absorbed sense--and it's working out for her. Anyone who writes a blog or appears in a videoblog is an attention/cam whore to some degree or other. Just like we all are for posting on forums.

Possibly in the wider sense with the proviso/admission to some degree that we all are, but this one in particular tells me she's pulled out of Buncey's show because she only does the YouTube thing for her own entertainment and isn't interested in becoming 'famous' for it. Fair play to her I say

I like her videos, not many people would put themselves in front of a camera of course their are advantages being a woman but their are also disadvantages. would be nice to see her write for a boxing site (if she doesn't)

or possibly advised not too as she may get fed scripts & is trying to sneak in the back door.

So do you guys who watch this girl watch her because you have so much respect for her opinion or because you somehow get off on seeing a pretty girl speak about boxing? Would you have more or less respect for her if she exposed her breasts while she gave her opinion on all things boxing? Personally that is the only way I could watch this rubbish for more than a few seconds.

It's refreshing to see a female know a bit about a sport predominant to males. I've never personally come across a girl who likes the sport apart from Jane.
