Those are just a few first ones google found for me. I have my own other spoken sources which are actually much more convincing that any pubmed or whatever else.
Having said that, I do understand you very well. In my spliff days (that ended some 12 years ago) I also wouldn't listen. And why would I - any dope would actually make me horny back then. The thing is that long term effects aren't so attractive. But it's everyone's lesson to learn.

Apparantly and according to the knob in my gym recently, it's lifting some of the stack and dropping it after every rep, making a lovely clanking noise :shame: Now he really has his technique down :roll:
