Or Manny has not been the same since Floyd went nuclear with the drug theory.

Its always been in-house Top Rank dont ask for drug testing fighters that fight Manny. I think Floyd had a point, Berto also looks 'different' these days.

I wonder what Floyd thinks now? He must be laughing his head off!

A fighter like JMM deserves better than this from anyone who considers themself a boxing fan
Absolute nonsense. I'm a boxing fan and what I don't do is try and gloss over the fact his recent physical conditioner, Angel Heredia, is the same man that supplied steroids to US Olympic athletes such as Marion Jones and Tim Montgomery.

Kevin Iole discusses this in more detail here and anyone who doesn't question it after this article is naive to the extreme:

Well, it can make you more resilient and help you train harder and get fitter, that is the word on the steet. It can't make you more skilful.

Ok, so accept PEDs can't add whiskers to chins per se, but i say no smoke without fire. Manny destroyed oscar, rick, cotto, margarito inter alia during that period and i refuse to believe age alone has seen him fall off a cliff relatively quickly after.

Add to that khan standing and trading with maidana etc and suddenly discovering a prolonged 'blip' in performance and i say if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck and swims like a duck, then chances are its a duck.

Maybe some people don't see the coincidence in both JMM and PAC going up the weights, having body builder physiques and having newly possessed one punch power.

Sixth round of the first fight, Marquez hits Pac with exactly the same shot that cause the first knockdown last night.

Marquez had already had his nose broken, had lost about a pint of blood & been knocked down three times.

He didn't catch him quite flush, & couldn't put him away because the little bastard scurried away into the ropes (which held him up).

That third round was a replay of that shot, except this time Manny's slowed enough he gets hit completely flush, & goes down like a sack of shite.

Which, coincidentally, is what the OP is talking.

DINAMITA!!!!!

I don't think it takes a genius to figure out that PED use in the top echelons of the sport is rife. As a previous poster said the addition of Heredia to Marquezs team last year raised eyebrows with his shady background as a member of Balco. Just contrast the difference between Marquez physique at the Mayweather weigh in and yesterdays weigh in. Then bare in mind that the Nevada commission does not even test for EPO, human growth hormone or synthetic testosterone.

Other than Hatton who has Pac stopped with one punch?
That was more to do with Hatton not being that resilient anymore, and being not that good.

Personally I believe Manny was on something, no idea what but since PBF made a song and dance Manny as slipped a lot!

The commentator said that Ariza did nothing re: supplements last night because Roach did nopt want anymore suspicion of drugs.

A one punch finish is more about timing than power.

Did he have this newly-possessed one-punch power back when he was the only man to KO Casamayor? & then the only man to KO Diaz?

Both of whom he nailed to the motherfucking canvas... With big counter right hands. Or did he possess a different one-punch power then, when he was the only man to seriously budge either of these two & clearly the hitter in both fights?

He then looked all flabby vs Mayweather.

So. He was on drugs vs Diaz & Cassamayor (one-punch power, remember), then off them for the Mayweather fight (flabby, remember?), & then back on them for this fight.

What a bizarre schedule. I know you've got to cycle PEDs to make them work, but that's full-on man.

DINAMITA!!!

PS: Not saying he's gonna piss clean (that's so up in the air about anyone these days...). I'm saying "newly developed one-punch power" is utter kneejerk bullshit. Watch the sixth round of their first fight. Watch the overhand right he lands that makes Manny scurry backwards into the ropes like a scurrying thing. Tell me his power's brand-new.

Marquez trained for a stoppage win and countered Pacquiao with a peach of a punch. Neither Margarito or Cotto landed a punch that flush on Pacquiao. No 'potion' can help you resist a flush punch like that.

Diaz and Casamayor also felt Marquez's punch power. He can bang when he times a counter-punch perfectly.

Lets stop posting rumours and allegations without any evidence whatsoever. Defamatory remarks are not tolerated here
