Apparently Big John has a dietician and turned a lot of fat into muscle!

Big John will win this. I see McMerdomott rivival and he will go on to win a Bristish title. Be good to see him against Dillian Whyte

I fancy Skelton to win inside 5 rounds. If McDermott has a fast start like he did against Price, I think Skelton will stop him early. John does look in good shape though. A tasty little tussle.

Regardless of whether he's lost weight or not, McDermott was sucking his belly in throughout that, and still looked soft. I wouldn't guess he's in any better shape than I am ;) (this by no means implies that I could beat him!)

True, Skelton looked in good shape (no homo)

If you think Big John will win you could do worse than take the 8/1 odds on him winning on points.

I was at the first fight when BIG Matt mullered him, but I can see this fight going the other way this time.

McDermott is more battle hardened and BIG Matt looks to be [finally] declining

I'm sorry, but my english is not so good, and sometimes I've some difficulties to understand. I think that they say McDermott 18.4 st and Skelton 17.1 st. Is it true?

18st4lbs and 17st1lb.

14lbs in a stone so if we did indeed both hear correctly then:-

McDermott - 256
Skelton - 239

So McDermott's dietician has managed to get him to put 12lbs on since his last fight. Bloke deserves a medal. I have to concede he did look in better shape than I have seen him for a long while so I may have heard the weight wrong so I'll take it back if he has in fact maintained a weight of around 244 (which is what he weighed in at for his previous fight.)

McDermott did indeed weigh in at 18 stone 4 which means the dietician tales were a load of rubbish. He has put 12lbs on since his last fight.

*SPOILER/RBR*

I have it 1 each after 2 rounds. Skelton looked ok in the second but he doesn't half come in with his head.

Both looking tired after only 3 rounds; McD looks especially winded.

They have been setting a decent pace to be fair. Not that skilful but certainly an ok fight.

I know there is no chance of it happening but I do wish the winner of this and Audley would fight in something like 10 weeks time.

I reckon Audley would fancy that if the money was fair

I've been hoping for that as well. I hope the winner calls him out.
