We all knew this when the card was announced

What got my back up a little was them not changing the promotional flyer during the press conferences and weigh in still had Gethin v Crolla on it (and the others)

Any Youtube clips of Eddie out there 12 months ago saying the EXACT same phrase about Quigg!.

I've no problem really with the £15, the main event was worth it on it's own, plus the wife wouldn't let me watch the full undercard anyway!!

Just on the Joe Gallacher quote, couldn't help but notice the atmosphere generated by 20,000 wasn't a match for the 9,000 at the Frampton fight a month ago. My question is, does Frampton need Quigg?

I bumped into someone I know earlier today and we got chatting about the Froch-Groves fight. This guy is a casual fan, he is only interested in the big fights and normally buys a PPV. He told me that after the stoppage that he felt like he had been robbed, he was furious. He telephoned Sky to demand his money back his overall impression of the really premature stoppage was that it was a disgrace and he felt that it looked like a fix. Sky love to pander to the casual but maybe after Saturday night they will get a bit of blow back from their casual audience, who may overlook a shit under card, but when a good fight like Froch-Groves ends in such an unsatisfactory way they have to have got some blowback from the casuals.

I wonder how many other casuals out there felt the same and how many complaints Sky have received. It is alright for anoraks like us who can reason how a referee may make a wrong call etc, but I suspect casuals will be a lot more long in the tooth, especially if they have forked out on a PPV....
