I am sure Loma wants to fight Salido. He wants to prove that he is the best, so he has to beat the dirty bastard. The question is if it is in Arum's plans.
P.S. Loma did take that loss like a man. I don't have to take it as a man, because it wasn't my loss. I didn't even care much, because I was not impressed with Loma's performance. I just hate dirty spoilers like Salido. Due to fights like that, boxing is losing fans.

Actually, it's really relevant, because Pacquiao would break Salido in half. Actually break him in half. Like, there one be one piece of his body, and there would be the other piece of his body. Mikey Garcia put Salido down four times in a fight that was contested four divisions below Pacquiao. This would be like prime Mike Tyson fighting George Groves.

Again, we are talking about totally different styles (Salido and Pacquiao), and styles make fights. Salido stands and trades and when an opponent is too good, he resorts to dirty tactics. Loma wasn't prepared to deal with such tactics. Against Pacquiao, it would be a totally different fight. They are both very fast and skillful. Pacquiao would definitely have serious power advantage, but Lomachenko may be moving a little better and have more desire to win.
I agree with 19:7 current results of this poll. I realize that betting odds would be much wider, as many people look at resumes, but I think 3:1 is pretty realistic.

Loma would need 9-12 months to gain muscles and adjust to his new weight with a fight against a good lightweight before he could face Manny. By the way, if Arum decides that this is a marketable fight, it will happen.
