Do Luke and Tommy come from areas that are represented mostly be each?

Luke has been improving and seems to be sitting on his shots a bit more but we'll learn a lot about him that night
Luke is going to turn Coyle's face into hamburger

I'm not sure, I'm not from Hull but I think Luke is KR, Tommy FC. I know Tommy is from Hessle Road, not sure about Luke. It's a massive thing over there, I'll no doubt get stick if they fill a stadium, Hull/Leeds/Traveller lover... It just goes on. Not my fault I watched a lot of amateur boxing in Yorkshire a few years ago!

I agree with most that is a pretty big mis match

Coyle is game as they come but he is just nowhere near good enough his greatest achievement is that he was beating Derry (who was awful that night) before being stopped I dont believe his wins since them Simpson (not a lightweight) and Katsidas ( finished) are anything to boast about the knockdown vs Gethin and the troubles he had with Brizuela who Campbell dealt with handily show Tommys level

Luke is an FC fan, Tommy is KR. I suspect that Sky will try and build the fight on this basis.

How come campbell fought at kr for his debut? Be stupid to promote it on a club basis in my view, potential trouble on the night which will deter casuals and he also could with the whole city behind him going forward. No petty rugby league grudges

Luke made his debut at Craven Park (Hull KR's ground) as the KC Stadium (Hull FC & Hull City) wasn't available.
Although the rivalry between FC & KR can be quite fierce, it's doubtful that it would spill over at this event, or certainly not sufficient enough for people to think about not going.
Most of my mates are FC fans, whereas I'm KR through and through and we'll all go to this together as we have for all the previous fights that have taken place in Hull recently.

Tommy is more of a face in Hull and most people would love to see him to succeed but the consensus is that Luke wins this fairly comfortably.

Fair enough, although i think just the thought of going to Hull is enough to put people off!!! (City of Culture now though)

I am very tempted to go to this as i have family up in the area.

Tommy is more of a face in town, Luke is very popular himself. It will raise the roof.

It's going to be a strange one as I think the majority of the crowd will be torn as both are very popular. Luke is seen as a superstar that's helped put Hull on the map whereas Tommy is the loveable local boy and a bit of a 'people's champion'.

I think Luke wins this fairly handily and has the bigger potential going forward but I'd love Tommy to put on a great performance.
Either way I'm looking forward to it and hope it turns out to be a great event.

Nothing wrong with this fight, Coyle will be up against it, but he has done what has been asked of him to earn a go at Campbell.
I think Campbell is destined for big things, but a bit of local rivalry and getting used to a bigger build up won't do him any harm at all.

I'm looking forward to this one. Well built up by Matchroom, even if Tommy did almost scupper it by getting put down in the penultimate fight against Gethin! Good luck to both fighters.

I think it's a really good fight for this stage in Campbell's career. Let's confirm who's the best in Hull before moving on to bigger and better things. They need to do the same with Rocky and Callum in Liverpool.

I thought Tommy was in the right. Slightly more than an associate! He's spent halve of his life with him!

They need a way to sell the fight so Campbell has been told to talk some shite about Coyle. Usual bullshit, 'these two really don't like each other', just trying to sell the fight. Don't know why they've got Campbell to do it though, if he goes too far some people will turn against him, better off having Coyle do it.

Cant see anyhting except Campbell winning , but glad to see him against an opponent that we know what brings to the table be interesting to see how he deals with any problems Coyle manages to bring

Just after the fight was confirmed the WBC placed both fighters in to their top 15 (Campbell #14 and Coyle #15)

Just before wasn't it so the 'eliminator' tag could be added
