I'd rather see Joshua v Price, but not because he's better than Jennings.

They're both pretty awful fights in my opinion, and are both put away inside the first 3 rounds. As we've seen in the last 2 AJ fights, Jennings would be another nothing vs. American build up. At least Price would offer some value prior to the first bell. But that's all I see from this fight.
Why do you think Jennings would be taken out in 3 rounds? He's always shown himself to be pretty durable and even in the fight he stopped in against Ortiz- he got hit with a good number of solid heavy shots before getting taken out.
Okay fair enough, I'm probably being a little unfair, but inactivity for almost a year and coming off the back of two defeats (albeit against 2 high end fighters) does not put him in good stead. He showed decent durability against Ortiz, but I question his heart with his lack of activity. Maybe he'll prove me wrong and go into the second half, but I'd put my money on it ending in the first half.

A bleh opponent considering his recent inactivity, lack of wins, and hard loss to Ortiz.

Jennings would be the toughest opponent to date for Joshua though I wouldn't be thrilled to see Jennings get this opportunity after his last fight was a knockout loss and then he's spent almost a year now sitting on the shelf.

A knockout loss and a lengthy vacation shouldn't get you a title shot.

Lucas Browne vs Joshua just also became possible...

I'd like to see Jennings vs. Joshua, but it would be better if Bryant had a warm-up fight first.

I have never understood how beating some poor taxi driver makes contender more legit than coming of from loss.

Easy comeback fight or not the important question is has Jennings been training and keeping fit? If he has I have no problem in him taking the fight.

Miles better opponent than Price.

Also it is pointless to argue who has been using what stuff to get in shape. Caught or not they all are juiced up to eyeballs.

Or do you think that Joshuas physique and stamina are the result of eating porridge in the morning? :OhYes:

Yeah cause all he does is eat porridge.

I don't think Joshua has any business fighting Price OR Jennings.. Ortiz is ready and willing to fight him.. That would be he best fight in the world, but a very risky one for Joshua.. Acceptable opponents for Joshua at this point are: Ortiz, Klitschko, Haye, Povetkin, Wilder, Parker, Takam, and Ruiz.

possibly Lucas Browne is acceptable... He's 24-0 but about the same caliber as AJ's last 4 undefeated opponents... It wouldn't be an interesting fight..

Erkan Teper's bubble was burst in the Christian Hammer fight,. Teper looked terribly fat.. He ran out of gas in the 11th and 12th and lost a SD to a 2nd rater.. I don't know what this guy was thinking or why he came in 25 pounds overweight.. He wants to perform well so he takes PED's -- and then he gets caught taking them... and then he sits out for a year for drug violations and he doesn't train hard for an easily winnable fight??? If you're on the verge of getting a big money fight wouldn't you train harder than ever? ... instead of being the fattest you ever were in your whole career???

I mean... if you consider blood pressure medicine "juice," then no. Otherwise yes. But don't worry, Price would get knocked out cold by anyone in the top 40, whether they are on blood pressure juice or not.

I believe blood pressure juice alone could do the trick, possibly a strong wind as well.

Both are shit but at least Price has one punch ko power so there's always a chance he could connect and cause an upset. Jennings doesn't have that chance and will just take a beating until he gets sparked

It would be better for Joshua to fight Jennings and get some rounds in, than fight Price or Molina for an easy early KO.

Jennings went the distance with Klitschko, he's not easy to stop.

It's looking increasing likely that Eric Molina could be in line to face Joshua.
