I just think people are over impressed that Jacobs didn't get blasted away like Pirog did to him, and that they've mistaken his size, athleticism and defiance as actually controlling the action.

Nice to see Golovkin experience difficultly though. Third time we've seen him have that flat, slightly tired look about him after the Brook and Gabriel Rosado. Think he's physically in the slide a bit, and had too many early wins so he's not accustomed to things not going his way entirely.

Like some big names before him at middleweight, it's about getting that massive payday against the glamorous smaller man before time runs out.
