First I'm considering the weight to strength maximum absolute difference of 30% as well as the weight-adjusted difference of 10-20%.
Then I'm adding in the higher/lower pain threshold and considering both the larger lung capacity and 10% increase in red blood cells. Finally - there's a bit about higher bone density that I didn't cut and paste.
I'm taking all these factors together - and then - pulling a guess out of my arse.
I reckon 40% is a fair handicap - that would see 6'2" Lindsay Davenport @ just below 80kg in her pomp fighting Stuey Hall.
