I missed this fight, shame they put it on first on the undercard. Later on we're watching mismatched Olympians blowing away nobodies when this was a more interesting clash for fans of British boxing and the smaller show scene.

Townend looked good. Seems to of improved vastly last couple of years.
You'd give him a punchers chance against anyone at LW. Matchmaking wise- you'd try and avoid putting him in with a mover.
Townend against Masher would be fun.
Can see a rematch Townsend stopped masher in 7th for central area title in 2014

Fair play he had a good go at it but just didn't have the power for the top British boys. Still haven't seen the actual fight.
