Wilder can beat Joshua because Joshua gets hit far too often. Wilder has the power to end the fight with either hand.
I think Hugie Fury is worth a mention. He beat Parker in my opinion. He's very awkward, and can win alot of close rounds on the scorecards. Joshua would probably win but it would a messy fight that went the distance with lots of clinching.
