I am assuming when we say favorite we mean the favorite to watch, not like as a person. For example, I would hope nobody like someone like Monzon as a person.
LOL!!! Monzon was a great person, but I can't see him ever being in contention for a Noble prize, so yes...As a fighter.

Heavy weight..... Tyson
Light heavy......... Tommy Hearns
Middle weight....Hagler
Welter........Hearns ...again
Light weight...JC Chavez
Feather.........Naz
Bantam....... Tete
It's hard to leave Duran out but as my name says a bg Chavez fan
Hearns fan! interesting list.
I was thinking of light heavy weight fights and Hearns vs Dennis andries came to mind
Got it! I though 'Favourites" would eliminate the arguing and make for some interesting discussions. Tyson prime was unbeatable, though his style was made for a young and energetic fighter, which is why I think, among other events, contributed to his short but amazing prime. I personally thought Duran at Lightweight was the most dominating in his division.

Duran at light weight was a bit before my time not by a lot but my first memory of Duran was the Davey Moore fight at light middle.

Like I said, "I personally" as he was in his prime when I was around 10 or, so...thus FAVOURITE!!! I remember Duran beating Buchanan. Can't blame someone for not having a favourite who fought 20 years before they were born! I left off so many guys I really liked, but I said only one, so ....I was stuck on my own accord!
