Fairly sure I got very good odds that night for Floyd to win.

Yes, I think your explanation makes more sense.happyNY18 wrote: ↑29 Mar 2018, 09:50
It could just be PR by the bookies. If they phone the media & lie that boat loads of cash are coming in for Parker (even if it isn't), the papers run with it and gamblers then think there's something in it.... so bet Parker. It's like stock manipulation (pump and dump) - talk up a trading that you baught shares in at a low price, when the buzz happens dump it at a higher price then watch it crash.
There could be something in it i guess - i reckon popular opinion might be just be starting to sway against AJ from 'the next tyson' to 'lumbering oaf' - Parker is actually pretty well schooled and i suspect will have much faster hands. I suspect he'll get caught at some point though - I'm taking AJ in rounds 1-6 which is 2.7.
This is what I thought, but, shouldn't AJ's price be going out ?. If not, they are increasing their % over round and profit on the fight. Maybe that was the plan from the start !.happyNY18 wrote: ↑29 Mar 2018, 09:50

Lost a but on that fight, i guess Parkers chin was an unknown quantity but AJ never really landed a big bomb clean on his chin either. Feel bad for big Pricey but Povetkin in-play KO was the only value i found all night.afcpaul wrote: ↑31 Mar 2018, 08:02This is what I thought, but, shouldn't AJ's price be going out ?.
