Shorts pulled up to high.
Punishment for low blows, head butts, rabbit punches and holding are all left up to our ever unreliable referees. Dozens of low blows can go unpunished. It:'s a farce.
Constant mismatches on small hall shows.
If you really want to know what's wrong with boxing, watch it with someone who doesn't normally watch boxing and they will tell you.

People not understanding the 10 point must system.
People in pubs thinking that the unofficial scorecard at the bottom of the screen is the score.
People not knowing the difference between a majority and split decision.
This is fun!

Fat heavyweights with surprisingly good fitness.
Lack of humility for your opponents achievements pre-fight, then gushing about them post-fight.
PPV undercards being awful.
Chris Eubank Jr.
Any Sky Sports line up that doesn't include Matt Macklin who is by far and away their best pundit... why would you ever put Nelson, Froch or Paul Smith on instead?

Spencer Oliver, he looks like a troll and never has anything interesting to say.
Carl Froch's working class hero status slowly being ebbed away by regular cosmetic work.
Fr@nk W@rren saying the word 'fans' when what he clearly means is 'mugs'.

Overdone Walk-ins. I don't mind them playing some music whilst the fighters walk to the ring. But, why do they milk it so much? We've routinely had bands perform live for a fighters walk in, stupid stuff like that. Even smaller shows, a lot of the fighters take an age to walk to the ring. I don't want to watch five minutes of you posing, man. Get on with it.
Disagree

Sky Sports boxing coverage.
Too many titles.
Calling fighters "kid" does my head in too. Richie Woodhall is terrible for it.
People who went to a gym once when they were 5 years old then say " I used to do a bit of boxin" - no you did not.

Adam Smith with his over the top commentary "they don't like each other" "from the mean streets of Hyde" "teak tough" "Barrera vs Morales" "Kostya Tszyeeeewww" "Jaaaab" "There's the respect Jim" "WAR!" "Warriors" "spit and sawdust" "The famous Kronk gym" "Fighting City of Philadelphia" "Mexican Machismo" "The Great <insert name here>"
Somebody got this pudendum "The Big Book of Boxing Cliches" and he hasn't looked back since.
Apologies for the language, emotions are running high here.

People not knowing the difference between a majority and split decision.
Mayweather was guilty of this a couple of months back. Seen an interview with him and he said "When I fought Oscar, one of the judges gave the fight to him by unanimous decision." WTF!? How can you be in the sport for 30+ years on both sides of the ropes and not understand how fights are scored?

Because despite his exceptional ability as a boxer he's an imbecile who was raised by imbeciles.

I'm paying for sky.
I'm paying for the card on top.
Please let me listen to the cornermen rather than another advert.

Fighters coming to the end of their careers who refuse ‘unproven’ challengers, despite there being lots of interest and money. Collins did it to Calzaghe; Calzaghe to Froch; Froch to Golovkin...
It's the boxing equivalent of saying we'll never turn into our parents.

Going on Sky Sports News looking really smug, and then repeating everything Eddie Hearn has just told him.
Saying "Anthony Joshua holds all the cards, he's a big ticket seller blah blah blah" and then looking really pleased with himself.
The way he says "Antoneeee Joshuuuwaaa!" really, really pisses me off too.

its pretty much ubiquitous now, at the cricket, boxing, darts (i think i heard that's where it originated?), I assume they play it at football too?
what gets me is the ecstasy of the responses, the joyousness of the 'woah woah woahs' on ths chorus- and since fvcking when did people start shouting 'so good! so good! so good!' halfway through the chorus? literally like a load of monkeys who've had the Pavlovian stiumlus-response thing triggered.
