I've somewhat followed Schwarz in the ring, but I don't think I've ever even heard him speak. Why is he unlikable?

He talks a lot of smack but woefully , he played up the headbutt against Gashi, he showboats against his overmatched opponents and he is an ungracious winner. As Adislav said, he is a bully.

Plus the TV station he is on in Germany (a public owned broadcaster) lavish praise on him via the sort of silly intro videos the Germans love and execute awfully.

He's a jerk. Not a drug dealing, wife beating rapist or anything - just your garden variety prat.

He's young though. He might grow out of it.
