Well fair play, I had no clue just how good Benavidez was ~ that guy is some fighter, incredible confidence and considering his knee was shot to f**k, wow.
You could see just how good and hard punching he was, right off the bat, as he got maximum respect from the mericual Terence Bud Crawford.
TC has no right dictating fights like that, when hes so much the smaller guy - he looks like he’s in the wrong weight division....but he’s just got that X factor that can pull it out the bag at ANY time.
Even when that looked a definite distance fight: the Mexican was just ultra tough, but a lights out grandstand finish worthy of Sugar Ray Robinson.

Excellent win for Crawford. Benavidez made him work for his win, certainly for about the first 7 rounds and also carried power that Terrence respected.
Crawford pulled away in the 2nd half and closed the show in real style.
If he want's to justify his standing, I think the next fight does need to be against one of Thurman, Spence, Garcia or Porter (if we have to )....so over to you Bob !
