To PROPERLY test? Daily testing out of competition 24/7. Blood, urine video surveillance and polygraph testing.
Even then I wouldn't believe some competitors are clean

Well the WBC were saying a couple of weeks ago that Fury had to get enrolled that week otherwise they wouldn’t sanction the Wilder fight because there wouldn’t be sufficient testing opportunities...
