Gassiev's performance against Dorticos( who is very good))was the most effing BEASTLY performance of 2018. He look an animal that night.

He beats all heavyweights bar maybe the top 5 already with the ability he has, he'll definitely be at least a contender.

Gassiev should get back on the horse ASAP. He’s young, he can improve. Imagine him with a commanding jab - he can learn that from Golovkin. Hopefully he’s not too dissuaded. He doesn’t have to let a loss define him. Look at Canelo. A giant star and much improved fighter since getting an L.

Id like to see gassiev go to heavyweight now. he became a unified champ, fought for all the belts and lost. if usyk moves up and he was to stick at cruiser weight maybe 1 day he might get all the belts, but that wouldn't really be much of an improved accomplishment. young strong guy of decent size, i think he could have a good crack at heavyweight. i could definatly see him at 6'3 230ish causing some real problems for everyone except fury, usyk and mabey AJ.
IF he dose stick at cruiser for a while longer his main goal should be getting that WBO super belt so he can move up to a mandatory HW spot down the track.
