I don't know about always, but I get the feeling it'd take at least 5 or 6 fights between them or a significant amount of aging and/or wear and tear to one of them before we started seeing a KO. Other than that it'd have to be a kinda 1 in a million shot that just happened to get through right on the sweet spot.
