What are you talking about???
What are you talking about???
I said he showed some improvement. You said ring IQ. Now you say smarter. I observed DW disengaging in the corner when he saw that his opponent wasn't as hurt as he first thought. He also didn't go "windmill" on him. The former is my opinion, the latter is factual, bruh!
My predictions above preceded 'cs:'dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 in chronological order:
Ugonoh vs Różański - Ugonoh by KO, round 6-8, 75-25% - this will be a brawl
cs: I would probably have said Ugonoh in this one.
Joyce vs Jennings - Joyce by close UD, 55-45% - rather a snoozefest
cs: I think this will be quite a fun fight. Joyce by stoppage. Maybe 7 rounds.
Dubois vs Gorman - Gorman by SD, 50-50% - war, possibly with multiple KD's in both ways
cs: A very tough one to pick. I'll say Dubois by virtue of his greater power but it's a real 50/50 fight IMO. I don't foresee multiple knockdowns.
Helenius vs Washington - Helenius by close UD, 60-40% - likely a snoozefest, i expect a KD on GW
cs: Yes I'd say Helenius by decision. Ok then, unianimous decision.
Yoka vs Dimitrenko - Yoka by KO, round 6-8, 70-30% - competetive until it lasts, Yoka's not special
cs: Yoka in about 5 rounds.
Allen vs Price - Allen by KO, round 3-4, 80-20% - brutal KO on glass jaw DP
cs: Yeah I'd go with that.
Chisora vs Szpilka, Chisora by late KO, round 9-11, 60-40% - decent, competetive fight while it lasts
cs: I agree that one too.
Whyte vs Rivas, Whyte by MD, 55-45% - a brawl that could go either way
cs: It could but I'm going with my man, Dillian Whyte ko 6.
Ajagba vs Demirezen, Ajagba by KO, round 5-7, 70-30% - a lot of bombs will be exchanged
cs: Another good match. Got to go with Ajagba. ko 5.
Gassiev vs Dawejko, Gassiev by UD, 80-20% - Gassiev will be rather cautious
cs: Yeah gotta go with Gassiiev but Joey will be there at the end.
Kownacki vs Arreola, Kownacki by KO, round 4-5, 90-10% - Kownacki's domination and pressure
cs: Kownacki for sure. Arreola is nothing if not tough and durable, but he never was that good and he's got a lot worse. I'll be surprised if it goes past 6.
Wilder vs Ortiz, Wilder by late KO, round 7-9, 60-40% - similar to their first bout
cs: I think it coulld be another Stiverne / Breazeale one round blast out by Wilder. Well he seems to be developing a taste for it![]()
Usyk vs Takam, Usyk by wide UD, 90-10% - Usyk will likely win every round, Takam will go forward
cs: Agree he'll win every round as long as it lasts but I think he'll get Takam out of there, possibly in as little as 4 rounds.
Joshua vs Ruiz, Joshua by KO, round 4-6, 55-45% - huge mystery
cs : I've got to back my man. AJ in 8.

Dubois is only about a 2-1 favorite. Odds opened closer to 3-1.Boxing101101 wrote: ↑07 Jul 2019, 09:42 Dubois is the favourite with the bookies but I feel like more people are going with Gorman.
also I think wilder will make an easier job of Ortiz and finish him inside 6.
I would have picked Ugonoh as well so don't feel too bad. I think maybe pre-Breazeale Ugonoh would have done very much better but now his self-belief has gone into a tail-spin. This happens a lot. It's like in football when the favourites score the first goal against the underdogs after say, 75 minutes and twenty minutes later they have won 4-0.dagilechia wrote: ↑07 Jul 2019, 07:05your predictions are not far from mine![]()

hovewer, i have failed in predicting Ugonoh-Rózański so i don't know if that's good![]()
Late on this one. I would have gone wit Izu by KOdagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 in chronological order:
Ugonoh vs Różański - Ugonoh by KO, round 6-8, 75-25% - this will be a brawl
I am gonna go with Jennings UD. Lets see if I am right and if the judges agree =Pdagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Joyce vs Jennings - Joyce by close UD, 55-45% - rather a snoozefest
Dubois KO. Somwhere in the middle rounds. Too much power for Gorman.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Dubois vs Gorman - Gorman by SD, 50-50% - war, possibly with multiple KD's in both ways
Helenius by KO. Helenius is a real boxer. Washington is athlete who picked up boxing. Quality will show on fight night.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Helenius vs Washington - Helenius by close UD, 60-40% - likely a snoozefest, i expect a KD on GW
Yoka by KO. MAybe UD if Dimi is there only to survive.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Yoka vs Dimitrenko - Yoka by KO, round 6-8, 70-30% - competetive until it lasts, Yoka's not special
I am going to go with price here. He only needs to land one and I think he will.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Allen vs Price - Allen by KO, round 3-4, 80-20% - brutal KO on glass jaw DP
Chisora by KO. Easy fight to pick. Szpilka never was any good. Now hes totally past it too. He does not have the power to stop Chis and Chisoras pressure will be too much for him to handle. Szpilka will be cought against the ropes with hes hands down somwhere around round 5.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Chisora vs Szpilka, Chisora by late KO, round 9-11, 60-40% - decent, competetive fight while it lasts
This is a hard one. I hope that Whyte can make it. Whyte by KO.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Whyte vs Rivas, Whyte by MD, 55-45% - a brawl that could go either way
Ajagba by KO in the early rounds.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Ajagba vs Demirezen, Ajagba by KO, round 5-7, 70-30% - a lot of bombs will be exchanged
Gassiev by KO. You will be surprised how easy he will make it look.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Gassiev vs Dawejko, Gassiev by UD, 80-20% - Gassiev will be rather cautious
Kownacki by KO mid/late. Arreola is totally shot.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Kownacki vs Arreola, Kownacki by KO, round 4-5, 90-10% - Kownacki's domination and pressure
Wilder KO in late rounds. Ortiz is live dog but I think he can't catch Wilder. He will tire in the late rounds and Wilder will blast him out.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Wilder vs Ortiz, Wilder by late KO, round 7-9, 60-40% - similar to their first bout
Usyk by easy UD. Maybe stoppage in hard brawl if he decides to really go for it.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Usyk vs Takam, Usyk by wide UD, 90-10% - Usyk will likely win every round, Takam will go forward
Hard one to call. I say Ruiz has hes number and KO's him again.dagilechia wrote: ↑04 Jul 2019, 05:16 Joshua vs Ruiz, Joshua by KO, round 4-6, 55-45% - huge mystery
Lets see how it turns out
Isn't he known for his very good stamina?
To me, Dimitrenko is a quitter. When he gets punched, when he gets hurt, he automatically looks like he don't want to be in the ring.Yoka vs Dimitrenko - Yoka by UD - Dimitrenko is tough, he is no Ustinov, not a real quitter, Yoka is rusty and he will try and will attack almost all the time but it is hard to hurt Dimitrenko and getting a legit KO.
I also think that Chisora will knock Szpilka out, but to me it looks close, at least on the paper, i wouldn't bet money on that. btw, Gashi is an Albanian from Kosovo, not Bosnian.Chisora vs Szpilka, Chisora by KO - Easy to pick. Chisora was unimpressive against the Bosnian but this time he will give all he got and secure a KO win.
I think the same, the only difference is that i think that Ajagba will eventually win, not Demirezen.Ajagba vs Demirezen, Demirezen by a late KO - Ajagba’s first real test but it is also Demirezen’s First big and real test. He is no sheep to be slaughtered. It will be hard, lots of punch to be thrown and suffered, but he will come victorius in the end.
