Yes I know it all costs and only boxing on ITV or Channel 5 is free as such

Like it or not but ppv is here to stay in the future you could have strictly come dancing stars or eastenders actors fighting emmerdale actors etc topping the bill at the 02 arena with a manufactured public fall out before hand and world title fights being on the undercard etc the whole thing is becoming a joke but rest assured punters and mugs will be fleeced by Hearn untill they wisen up and stop buying simple as that

Absolutely,just pointing out Saunders desperate situation despite signing for one of the worlds biggest promoters,down the card from those 2 is a joke but it's only what he deserves.

What I meant it was it wasn’t on regular Sky.

Well i done my bit , not only did i refuse to buy it , I refused to watch any of it ,,, and guess what , i don't feel like i've missed out

My moral stance would prevent me from buying a PPV with two guys I was desperate to see between two legit world champions if the card itself was headlined by youtubers, soap stars etc

Cutting off nose to spite face maybe, but it is just how I am made.

You could bring peak Ali, Dempsey, Johnson, Marciano, Tyson, Lewis, Holmes and Frazier back in a time machine, and throw them in together on the undercard and I would still be the prick refusing to pay

Thing is if I was in the pub and someone said to me there's two big lads on the car park about to start swinging at one another...it'll cost you a tenner to watch...it's freezing cold out there...but you can take your pint...

Sounds like the most novice performance of the night was by the referee !

The big thing is for me, I would rather watch a 50-50 fight than Wank Davis versus Gamboa... or Crawford versus Lundy/Horn/Kavaliauskus/Dulorme etc...

In fact I'd rather pay to watch two below average pros fight a 50-50 than watch a Davis fight for free. Not that I think these youtubers are anywhere close to that level but you get my point.

Theatre and cinema etc are far superior forms of entertainment. But sport has one ace that can't be matched...you don't know what's going to happen. Once that is removed from the equation it ceases to hold any interest for me.

I caught the highlights on YouTube this morning, to be fair they were better than some pros you see. As for creating new boxing fans that’s complete balls, if they were after doing that they wouldn’t have BJS on the undercard, it’s all about money.

As mentioned earlier in the thread I don’t even know what the content of these guys YouTube channels are. I then looked at their pages and saw that each of them have 20million subscribers.

I don’t care where your morals are. Fair fu cking play. If I set up a YouTube page -and gave free smack to each subscriber I don’t think I’d be able to get 20 million drug addicts to sign up.

We are in an era where talentless overconfident ball bags can excel in life without any skills! They seem to be popular with all the youngsters! My oldest son is nearly 12 and he is daft for all these youtube wank stains..... I must be at the age where you don't follow the trend!

I think the people who would be TV presenters in the 90s look to YouTube and make a channel on a subject where they know what they are talking about.

I’ve got a friend who has one of the most popular poker vlogs going and he makes reasonable money now by hosting cash games across the US. The casinos will chuck him a free room and free food to promote their casino. He has about 150k subscribers which is why 20million blows my mind.
