kyoguchi should win......but maybe bermudez will get a boost from fighting at home. his last fight he was underdog too

lol, did they want kyoguchi to kill the guy? he had already taken a pounding and was finished, completely busted up and bleeding all over the place

Excellent fight, all action from the off, both guys went right at it, Bermudez did land plenty but Kyoguchi landed more and had the quality, especially the uppercuts, drilled them up from both hands, top drawer, Bermudez face was a bloody mask from the 2nd round onwards, a cut to the hairline obviously from a clash of heads, it did get rough in there, both men were always engaging, Kyoguchi lost a point in the 6th for use of head then again in the 7th after he clubbed Bermudez to the canvas with right hands, ref deemed a few of them were behind the head which he maybe had a point with 1 or 2 , still regardless you could tell Bermudez looked near done and Kyoguchi set in about him in the 8th, was teeing off on the ropes with both hands, Bermudez was wilting when the ref jumped in, superb scrap

How small was that ring, tho? Looked like two light heavyweights in a 20ft ring there.

Excellent fight. It was pretty one sided but competitive up to the last round or two.

I thought Rosado was poor on comms. He seemed to think Bermudez’s corner were going to stop it in the third as they had towels in their hands but in reality they were just getting ready to wipe away the blood.

Kyoguchi is a real good fighter. I’d love him to step up and fight Edwards. A fight against JC Martinez would be a war but it’s a shame they’re in the same gym.

I only watched the highlights but the judges seemed to have it 4-3 in favour of each fighter until the 8th.

Rocky Hernandez with a great and emphatic win in the 1st; wonder when he will avenge that disastrous loss?

Pacheco looked big and strong but he admires his work too much and shipped a huge shot in the 2nd that had him holding.

I know he’s 21 but I’d move him beyond 8-2 opponents now.

I’d love to see Cullen vs Pacheco.
