Once a lot of these fighters turn pro they just need a motivator and a bit of polish. I can’t possibly believe that Ben Davison has ever taught a fighter to be better technically, but he’s been lucky and obviously builds a decent relationship with his fighters.
The only fighter I think he’s improved is Leigh Wood. I’d argue that he’s got some pretty average performances out of some of other fighters (Fury, Taylor, McGregor, BJS).
If Taylor sticks with Davison he won't get back to where he should be.
