Mexi-Box wrote: 12 Mar 2023, 15:03 I don't think Fury wants this fight whatsoever. I think he's ready to hang them up. Anyways, I've always had Usyk in this one. Fury is too big and too slow to give Usyk trouble on the outside. Fury will have to be the utmost dirty he's ever fought.

The referee will play a key role here. I hope they don't bring out the one that did Klitschko/Povetkin. We need someone that will not hesitate to DQ Fury if he holds on for dear life every 2 seconds.
Punches to the back of the head need to be penalized immediately also. I have a feeling Fury will still find a way to delay this. Hope I'm wrong.

Usyk calls his bluff and accepts no rematch, I wonder what his next hurdle will be. Big John Fury as ref?
Typical coming from a Usyk feathers fan

You are soft.

Ah, philanthropist Fury and his gagging contracts.

He's well known for his generosity, his sense of fair play and his scrupulous obsession with PED testing.

Isn't he? 😂

Usyk clearly wants to be the unified HW champion a lot more than Fury does.

I cannot see why anybody would want to support Tyson Fury.

He's a disgrace to boxing. Little more than an oversized leech.

Up there with Mayweather and Canelo.

Let's stop messing around.
He's waiting on the Joshua fight end of.
Anthony Joshua comes through clean, it's Fury v Joshua.
Do you really believe the British Public want to see Fury v Usyk before Fury v Joshua ?
You have to be kidding.

Yes absolutely we want to see Fury vs Usyk first for all the marbles as they say. Joshua beaten comprehensively by Usyk twice and tickets prices having to be reduced for Joshua's April Fools Day fight, his stock has gone down massively.

I think Fury hates the fact that Usyk is a southpaw, can move, and is highly skilled.

Backed into a corner now by running his mouth.

Usyk by UD, TKO, or DQ.

Ugh. Still not official and not officially signed.

Does Usyk need to fight him for free?

He an over rated fool, and knows he will lose. Fury can opt out and forever be known as a coward. Come on Fury sack up and fight him.

Fury prefers to fight the meek, old, and never was type of opponents. Or the overrated like Wilder who floored him four times. He is a cheat PED fraud, and a fouler who has been docked five points from fights on separate occasions.

Come on, fight Usky.

like a lot of people on here I'm leaning towards a Usyk points victory - IF the people scoring do a half-decent job.

been watching a few of Usyk's amateur fights like the Beterbiev and Joyce ones. this fight could be so interesting too! Fury possibly being given fits. possibly.

IT HAS TO HAPPEN :bag:

I just can't see Usyk, as good as he is, having the size to keep Fury off him.
It'd be an ugly fight, for sure.

Actually, I don't think I can even see it happening.

Fury - Joshua is a much bigger fight amongst the British paying public, surely?

I saw Usyk keep a leaner Joe Joyce off him in amateurs with ease. this fight will take Usyk to deep waters, for sure though. but Usyk is pretty tough

Footwork is the key to victory for Usyk.

T. Fury will get "injured" during training camp and the fight will be put over for summer or autumn.

well, ain't the amateurs. also his goal definitely won't be to 'keep fury of him'.

think u got it twisted, maybe I'm all wrong but I still think the man with the much shorter reach has to get inside to land. if anything fury has to try to keep usyk of him.

Fury is a sneaky-greedy-clever mofo. He is playing these psychological games with all these crazy demands to somehow make Usyk feel like a fool, very frustrated, angry and lose his focus. Also if Fury loses , at least he gets the big lion share of the money plus the other pecuniary benefits.

60-40% with the winner taking the bigger share and rematch clauses for both champions would've been the fair way.
Usyk beat two times the cash-cow of HW division in Joshua. His boxing profile has risen too.

I really, really hope the fight happens without any other issues and Usyk would box the living schit out of Fury. Also I hope the judges would be fair.

Go Usyk! :box:

If Fury doesn't secure this 70%, then he is as incompetent as Hearn and Joshua.
If I could advise him I'd say, "You got the split you wanted. Secure the 70%!"
