It must be hard for someone like Ruddock to accept that he's a washed-up 60 year old, because facially he looks a lot younger, so he probably looks at himself and thinks he can still rumble.

I don't know what planet Toney is on, because he cannot have heard himself speak in the last 15 years if he thinks he isn't damaged goods.

I think there are a couple of James Toney events over the past couple of years which have been cancelled even though they were exhibitions because there still needed to be some licensing. Hopefully this will be the same because the man does not need to be hit in the head anymore

The 58th anniversary of Ali vs Sonny Liston was a couple of days ago and Razor Ruddock was around in those days because he is 59.

That provides a bit of perspective on how ancient Ruddock really is and why he shouldn't be going anywhere near a boxing ring anymore.

My son was in an amateur show a year ago and Razor was there coaching some kids.
My table was right beside the corner Razor’s guys were fighting out of.
He is still a big powerful looking guy but I was shitting myself every time he went up the ring steps… I was sure he was going to take a header as his balance was just awful!!!
He was a really nice guy who took photos and autographs with anyone who approached him and had a huge smile while doing so.
