I think he will win on activity. Vargas scraped through against Magsayo and was pretty poor against Foster. I think Ball will smother him
Who are the rumoured other 4?
have read these 3:

Callum Smith v Yarde
Pacheco v Parker
Hrgovic v Dubois

I've inferred that if light heavyweight is in there which we know will surely be one, that Craig Richards will be put up.

Me too. I'm worried we will be a bit disappointed with some 'tactical' decisions meaning the best Matchroom guy avoids the best Queensbury guy and vice versa (they will both do it.)

It’s early in his career and he’d be one of the youngest champs in the world I think? My head says he’s not ready but I’ll be watching and cheering
He’s older than Shakur who has already won World titles at 3 weights.

I'm not sure but I heard if Ball wins they will try and get him in with Josh Warrington or Ray Ford..

Hope to see Hrgovic v Dubois on there. Also rumours of Sheeraz v Ammo WIlliams?

Sorry I didn't put two and two together. I thought there was some featherweight tournament I hadn't heard about.

I'd love for Sheeraz v Ammo Williams to be made. I think Skye Nicholson v Raven Chapman is gonna end up in there at the expense of a better fight. Also Hrgovic is surely considered Wasserman?

Shakur’s old at heart though

Didn’t he “retire” recently ?

he did somewhat prematurely. I think it will be a Tysonian retirement in time...

Would be amazed if it's that level of quality.

Hrgovic isn't with MR anymore I believe.

Pacheco fights April 8, possible they could get him on but not sure. Pacheco-Parker does make sense though.

Yarde won't be on there Frank was suggesting.

I think there'll be some lower level fights, with Sheeraz-Ammo Williams and Ball-Ford the top two provided Ball wins Friday. Junaid Bostan-Cooper/Eithan James winner as an outside shout but no idea if that'll come off.

Isn't Pacheco v Parker a bit of a mismatch? Pacheco looks excellent and he hits so hard.

Zac to get flat packed within 4 rounds

The Mexican is obviously a slow starter. He’s been knocked down in four different fights, three times in the second round, but always comes back to win: clearly Ball has to avoid knocking him down in the second round.

He’s obviously battle hardened in a way the Brit can only dream about. But there’s something about the vicious hitting Scouser that makes you think he’s going to win, whatever is in front of him.. so far at least.

Vargas really is a giant for the weight class, going to be interesting to see how he deals with the pressure of Ball, having been so inactive fighting once a year in the past three years I'm intrigued to watch Rey. Looking forward to this one.

I didn’t realise Vargas was a touted puncher too, I read he’s got a better knockout percentage than Ball

Such a height difference, Ball looks so confident. Vargas looks old though and tired.
