How much is he paying you
great to hear Spud, I've followed him since he'd had 2 fights as he's only up the road from me, he'd doing well managing Stevi and Joe Hayden. He has definitely underachieved, seems happy now he's got a family and 2 kids though. I don't think he takes a penny for training/managing them either.
When I knew him I used to give his girlfriend some banter which made him chuckle … his girlfriend then was a vetSeanBrennan wrote: ↑08 Mar 2024, 12:47great to hear Spud, I've followed him since he'd had 2 fights as he's only up the road from me, he'd doing well managing Stevi and Joe Hayden. You don't go to a beaten-up horse to get predictions on races, do you? Most (former) boxers have no clue what they are watching on an objective level. It's just emotions for them, and I'm not blaming them for it.margaret thatcher wrote: ↑21 May 2024, 19:56 didnt allen black out after sparring usyk? interesting that he doesnt seem convinced by him, was adament he'd get beaten by fury and thinks he'd lose the rematch

Yeah right, Spencer "GGG is just a plodder, I don't rate him" Fearon who thought Dillian Whyte was the next Larry Holmes. That's exactly what I'm saying. Didn't he also claim DeGale lost to Groves only because of his skin color? Clueless, just talking out of emotion with no understanding of what's really going on in the ring.SeanBrennan wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 14:08A former journeyman is Gen Sec of the BBBoC
Spencer Fearon is on most channels and was a journeyman/away fighter
And he's hardly a beaten up horse, he's got a good record and is always interesting.
Each to their own.
I know lots about him, he knows lots about boxing, his grandfather was a boxer, his father had 30 pro fights and beat Herol G as an amateur, Dave got to national level quickly as an am, has sparred everyone and fought 30 pro fights, won much more than lost, taken fights on no notice, and lots of notice, headlined on telly, fought for Commonwealth title, beat a former world belt holder, fought Olympic champs and plenty of challengers, trains and manages pro boxers and has taken one to a title and the other to 14 and 0. Dave's thoughts have lots of knowledge and substance behind them.Heldenjaeger wrote: ↑24 May 2024, 14:20Yeah right, Spencer "GGG is just a plodder, I don't rate him" Fearon who thought Dillian Whyte was the next Larry Holmes. Dave Allen might be a likeable guy, I don't know much about him, but his ideas about Usyk and Fury have no substance behind them, just feelings.
