Eddie didn’t want to know because of his new relationship with Frank. I guess that could change now that QP don’t appear to have him under contract anymore.

The Yarde/Tunde career strategy of fighting cans that don't prepare you for big fights and then taking a hiding in the big fight really didn't pay off for Yarde. He should have beaten Kovalev but the inexperience of the corner and Yarde were just too much to overcome.

Yarde was soundly beaten throughout the fight by Kovalev and then flattened. Sergei was rocking & reeling in the 7th or 8th round, but that was the only time IMO that Anthony looked like winning.

It's true to say he was under prepared going into the fight, but even in the last stages of Kovalev's career he was still a considerably better fighter than Yarde.

The problem with Yarde's is that he looks at his bank balance and equates that to him being a major attraction. Unfortunately for him he isn't a major pull....and hasn't beaten a single world class boxer, despite somehow getting 2 world title shots (and being stuffed both times).

So basically the Yarde v Queensbury split can be compared to this?

I thought this was on the cards when Tunde did an interview last couple of days saying him and FW are all good. Suspect Tunde ate some humble pie. Kittens in the camp.
