When he does the weight right and has a decent camp he is a very tough fighter to beat for everyone except the very best.

Was it his ankle? The way he was walking hunched a weird way even pre fight, I thought he had herniated a disc or had a hip issue.

There was definitely more going on than a rolled ankle

Let's hope not. Other than name recognition, Smith hasn't done anything in the ring over the last three years to warrant a title shot. (Sure, stopping Eubank Jr. in January of 2023 was a nice win, but he followed that up by getting stopped by him in September of '23.) And quite frankly, even a dominating win over Kujala wouldn't have improved that profile. Full disclosure, I always liked Smith as a boxer.
