Depends on how you definy "One" I suppose, you try naming a list of 20 top world champions of the last 105 years. It gets a struggle. However, the single worst heavyweight champion in history as Bunce labelled him..... No chance.
He might be Ugly to watch no doubt (although I don't find Chris Byrd particularly exciting). He is effective and doesn't get enough credit in my opinion. Rahman still gets more credit, who instigated all of the attacks in that fight, who won that fight.
