Reminds me that this country is basically AMerica Jr, with our growing street violence, you get really poor people from poor countries that have allot better behaved and less needless violence than todays US and Brits. Its because they see themselves as a collective and the 80s turned us into a selfish individuals - "there is no such thing as society" - no there isn't :(
Yeah - the UK has the 3rd highest number of TOTAL assaults in the world
http://www.nationmaster.com/red/graph-T/cri_ass&int=-1
And 8th highest per capita
http://www.nationmaster.com/graph-T/cri_ass_cap
Though we do have a low per capita murder rate (46th)

What a load of crap if it was an organised hit they wouldn't be trying to do it with a knife.

correct a knife is the last thing they would use, too unreliable in terms of the damage done and use could be fatal or just a flesh wound....... though it doesnt have to be a gun either.

Knife wounds cause more fatalities as a percentage than gunshot wounds. However, often the assailant is the one who ends up dead when the person they attack gets the knife off of them.

that because many gunshot injuries are accidents / handled by people with little or no experience.
ive never had any desire by the way to hold a gun and never would but i know folk who have .

Yes there is that, but Bullet wounds tend to be a lot cleaner, and often rounds pass through people without hitting anything too major.
Apparently knife wounds to the abdomen are a real fornicator, people often bleed to death from multiple internal injuries.
