That's the one.

I'd love to see Holman Williams in action, Eddie Futch said he would rather watch him shadow box than most fighters fight.

Two fights that I hope to see one day in perfect condition:

Wlfredo Gomez vs Carlos Zarate - without all the satellite breakup in the penultimate round.

Tony Sibson vs Alan Minter - in colour as opposed to that awful b/w thing that surfaced a few years back.

I've seen the ending of this fight in color somewhere (might have been a Sibson docu or something) so it's bound to exist.

The first fight was a war (Finnegan-Hagler), with Finnegan driving Hagler back before bad cuts cost the Irishman. Hagler has publicly said that Finnegan gave him his hardest fight.

It also speaks volumes for your lack of any real knowledge of boxing.

Skimming over a few records doesn't tell you much, really. You'll be calling yourself a boxing historian next.

Despite the fact that Minter won all three bouts, they were all close and at least one could have gone the other way.

One of them was an all time classic bout too, not that a gimp like yourself would realise that even had he seen it.

:TU:
They were all incredible close fights between two very very talented fighters . Back than being British champion meant being automatically in the top 5 in the world.

Hagler was special but these guys were two i sincerely beleive that if these two had not campaigned with the like sof Hagler, Monzon and the Philly boys on the scene they would have been relatively long term champs (5-6 defences reigning 2, 2 and a half years).

The first fight was a war, apparently even at the time of the stoppage.

Yes - I have some clips of these fights. They all seem to come from the master copies as the quality is excellent.
