Ill go with Mayweather UD.

Mayweather has a few advantages like Height, Reach , Speed and defence which can give hatton difficulty to land a punch.

Hatton on the other hand , has power which can be a real problem for Mayweather...

But Mayweather is going to beat Hatton,IMO, as Mayweather will be too fast, Slick, and taller...and defencive
