Mayweather hasn't cleaned out any division, though he was on his way to doing so at 130.
Anyone that thinks Gatti was the best at 140 is an idiot.

Mayweather's record doesn't stack up versus Jones', and he's long been criticised for his resume.
Mayweather needed a Mosley at 135-140 or a Tsyzu at 140 to stiffen up his post super-featherweight days.
He's moved through the weights very shrewdly. He's game and brave but he's cute matchmaker too.

As said before, Mayweather has never dominated any division, though that is not to say he couldn't have done.
