Not really when you consider Peter ends up breathing out his arse after 4 rounds in 90% of his fights.

I doubt Vitali has put on that much weight in his time off and his training always seems to see him come in to fights fit for 12 rounds.
Put on weight? I've seen some pictures where he looks ready for light heavyweight. Never been overly impressed with Vitali's stamina either and it isn't going to have improved
