i don't think wladimir is scared of david haye, i think he wants the fight, but theres nothing david can offer, nothing he can demand, yet he seems to be trying to do that.
at the end of the day david is not a higher ranked fighter than wladimir, he has'nt got a bigger fanbase than wladimir, and lets be honest theres big money fights out there for wladimir in germany, while this is the big money fight for david... basically david needs wladimir alot more than wladimir needs david, and for david to get the fight he needs to accept the conditions and just get the fight signed and sealed.
if david is so confident in this fight, then take this fight for little money, while have it in the contract that he can atleast get 50-50 of the purse in the rematch, and that's how he'll get the money, but that's only if david really believes he can beat wladimir first time because at the moment david is not this " star" he wants to believe he is.
that's the diehard truth, david has nothing to offer. to be honest with you guys you'll most likely find wladimir would make much more money fighting the likes of valuev, valuev has a massive fanbase in germany.

Haye NEEDS the fight more than they do. They are already "world" champions, Haye is not. They can fight anybody on the planet and it is a "world" title fight.
Whatever happens, they will always have the graphic under their names when interviewed on TV or before their names when in the newspapers as "Ex-World Heavyweight Champion"
At this moment in time, Haye does not have that, so of course Haye wants/needs the fight more than they do. That is kinda like saying, "I predict the sun will rise tomorrow morning"

Why were they so keen on Stamford Bridge as a venue for any proposed Haye/Wlad fight?
I can assure you that neither Klit has a huge following in England and certainly wouldn't fill such a large stadium fighting ayone else.
Haye needs to accept he is the challenger, go to Germany if needs be, take the smaller cut and win the title in style. Just like he did at Cruiserweight.
I think Wlad beats him though.
