It’s surely very likely that Usyk would make Fury appear a couple of levels lower than he is currently rated. Usyk is such a difficult target for these big guys.

He has never fought anyone near as good as Uysk.
It's easy to look good against a one trick pony with no defense, or a shop worn champ who never pulled the trigger over 12 rounds, but Uysk is a whole 3 levels above that.

You can say that Usyk hasn't fought anyone nearly as good as Fury. That's why it needs to happen.
