Awww there there there, poor BigDiddums.
Are the nasty people not being nice about your hero again? Oh deary deary me, that's just terrible.

As a proud member of the knitting circle, can I just ask you......... Why hasn't Fury got a BBBofC licence?
Your license expires each year, if you aren't fighting in Britain on a yearly basis why would you get one?
He didn't have one for the Chisora or Whyte fights.Coco wrote: ↑04 Oct 2023, 08:59Your license expires each year, if you aren't fighting in Britain on a yearly basis why would you get one?
Each time he would want to fight in Britain again he can just get one.
Have you got a Russian driving license?
If he already had a valid foreign license.jwfg wrote: ↑04 Oct 2023, 09:36He didn't have one for the Chisora or Whyte fights.
And no, I don't have a Russian driving licence. Putin doesn't like Jews.
I think you're being a little naïve there, Coco.Coco wrote: ↑04 Oct 2023, 17:10If he already had a valid foreign license.
I was back in England a few weeks ago, as I have a Spanish driving license there was no need to reapply for a British one.
If they have an immediate rematch, the IBF belt will be lost. So it'll be Hrvgovic vs TBC.tonyevs wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 08:40 Spencer all optimistic and positive .. but ignoring reality really.
The most likely earliest date for Usyk v Fury will be March 2024. If Fury wins, and he wants to pick up the £164 million for the 3 fight deal then that means a rematch. So then the rematch will most likely be in December 2024 .. if Fury wins that then he may retire. But from previous form its more likely he will try keep hold of the belts to use for novelty fights .. Jon Jones etc until he is stripped.
So once again the earliest anyone outside is going to get a title shot is summer 2025.
Things get tied up for even longer if Fury wins the first fight and Usyk wins the 2nd ... then its a trilogy. That means 2026 is likely when anyone outside gets a title shot.
Those contenders in their mid/late 30s will be reluctant to face serious opposition is my guess.

I agree (and no way Joshua goes near Wilder).jwfg wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 09:56If they have an immediate rematch, the IBF belt will be lost. So it'll be Hrvgovic vs TBC.tonyevs wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 08:40 Spencer all optimistic and positive .. but ignoring reality really.

Do you think Fury was scared of David Price when he avoided him?BigDoofus wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 15:47I agree (and no way Joshua goes near Wilder).jwfg wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 09:56If they have an immediate rematch, the IBF belt will be lost. I think he will if it's for some of that silly Saudi money, it sounds like they are after that one last fcuk off payout, like when asked about Zhang, Hearn keeps saying if it's at the birds nest in Beijing etc. Westher those offers will come is another matter.BigDoofus wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 15:47I agree (and no way Joshua goes near Wilder).jwfg wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 09:56If they have an immediate rematch, the IBF belt will be lost. You've spent months saying Fury won't fight Usyk.
Why do you always take Fury's side? Are you two lovers or something?BigDoofus wrote: ↑06 Oct 2023, 03:58 It’s been 13 and a half months since Usyk-Joshua2. Usyk has been offered the fight twice. First time he pulled out injured and the second he walked away in the hope of a better deal from Saudi.
Toneyvs and the rest of the Knitting Circle have chosen to slate Fury on a daily basis yet have little to say on Joshua not facing Wilder in over 7 years.
Did you genuinely believe they were going to pay Joshua and Wilder all that money to appear on the undercard?Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 18:48I think he will if it's for some of that silly Saudi money, it sounds like they are after that one last fcuk off payout, like when asked about Zhang, Hearn keeps saying if it's at the birds nest in Beijing etc. Westher those offers will come is another matter.
Fury offered the to fight Usyk at the exact dates Usyk said he wouldn't be ready .. coincidence?BigDoofus wrote: ↑06 Oct 2023, 03:58 It’s been 13 and a half months since Usyk-Joshua2. Nope never believed they would have both fights on, why would they? They would have to find gazillions more and not sell many extra PPV fights. Both fights are huge on their own.BigDoofus wrote: ↑06 Oct 2023, 04:26Did you genuinely believe they were going to pay Joshua and Wilder all that money to appear on the undercard?Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑05 Oct 2023, 18:48I think he will if it's for some of that silly Saudi money, it sounds like they are after that one last fcuk off payout, like when asked about Zhang, Hearn keeps saying if it's at the birds nest in Beijing etc. Westher those offers will come is another matter.
I read a series of interviews with several billionaires a while back and all of them shared the same thing, it's not about the money. It's about winning and status. Who has a bigger yacht, bigger houses and doing things the other person can't.Nightmare Roy wrote: ↑06 Oct 2023, 08:30Nope never believed they would have both fights on, why would they?
