This has Flanagan wide UD written all over it.
Terry needs an elite fight to see how good he is.
I think he'd beat anyone apart from Garcia or Loma (if he moves up)

"It's all because of Petrov's head..that's why Falanagan is uncomfortable"... no it's because he keeps getting hit, isn't as good as you say he is, and is actually in with a decent fighter
