Iv said that would be an issue all along. War time rations are hardly your 5000-10000 calories of nutrient dense foods.

Get a grip. We all know it’s incredibly likely to be bullshit. I was just wondering whether it had been heard by others, or was a more widely known viscous rumour.

Just watched that fight again. For the most important fight of his career, Usyk came in in best shape of his life and delivered best performance - in hostile territory against boxing megastar. True professional. Whole boxing world should talk more about this man. Btw that bald head, earrings and moustache was image i was not expecting haha

When I had a really bad flu I went from 200 to 175 within a fortnight, but was hardly eating for maybe 10 days. I've still a few faded stretch marks 20 years later.
So starting at 210-220 it's totally possible, but requires a starvation diet. If he's been that underfed he'll have lost a lot of muscle and strength.
