Wasnt having a go at Hatton per se - he is a hard working, diligent pro somewhat in his older brother's shadow.

What I found amusing was the photo posted here. He looked well out of place sandwiched by two of the very best fighters in the world.

It was shambolic. I spent two and a half hours outside the gym from about 1.50. The security guys didn't have an easy job but they were a disgrace. I was right at the front being crushed with everyone else and politely asked it really was an open session or whether we were wasting our time. Nothing from the meatheads on the door at all. Just 'Step back' repeatedly. We just wanted to know what the plan was, but there wasn't one.

The lad next to me got crushed quite badly and started going faint and his eyes started watering. I shouted for help repeatedly and eventually they let him in to be looked afterso hopefully he was okay. After that I was too angry to stick around despite being right at the front and left.

Waste of time for me. Had some good banter with a few in the crowd, and saw Roger Mayweather but left v disappointed at about 4.20.

150 minutes of pushing and shoving in the sweltering heat :witzend:

I'm a member at the peacock so i turned up at about 2 a barged through the crowd to get in. I was just about to give up when Floyd started training 2 hours late at 5.

I took some video of him shadow boxing and on the pads but left just after he went down on the heavy bag as i couldn't get a proper view. Did anyone who stayed to the end see anything else worth waiting for?

Here's my video

Floyd has put on quite a show since he's been over here & seems to have garnered quite a massive fanclub.

I was wondering whether he isn't so popular in the USA, as he seems to be lapping it over here: he's even talking about moving over here!

The same thing happened with Mike Tyson when he came to fight in Manchester in 2000. He kicked-off his trip in London & he was treated like royalty, even though he was almost a pariah in the States. When he came up to Manchester, the adulation continued.

I also took some cool video clips via my phone, one of which is particularly amusing. I'll upload them later.

A couple of people asked for photos of that nature and they kindly obliged, but I didn't ask for one. I also sneaked a couple of my female friends into the gym and left them in a cosy room alone with Mayweather's mother, who was quite a character! They took photos with her. She had diamonds in her shoes and was checking out all the guys in the gym! :DD

Floyd was doing his hand wraps in that very same room prior to the training session, so my two female friends were very lucky!

Some great shots there. Mayweather always shows awesome speed during pad work and looks the part. Sky are really pushing this PPV, but with 2 non Brits headlining, I can only see them being disappointed with the final PPV numbers. Chuck Pacquiao in there with Floyd should he beat Marquez....onto a winner.

I took numerous video clips and will upload some of them onto my facebook account. Here's one of my clips where Floyd talks during his training. I don't think anyone else has got this particular footage given that it was relatively near the end :TU:

One guy shouts out "The Truth is in the building" and Floyd counters it by saying "The Truth never lies!"

Then Floyd repeatedly says "Dedication" and a guy shouts out "5 times!" and Floyd counters it by saying "6 times!" :DD

Thanks for the footage lads, did he look more impressive in the flesh? Looks like FMJ was done at the end of that last video Law. He appeared to be running those drills for a long time without breaks.

Yes, he wasn't really taking any breaks throughout the whole session (other than quick sips of his drink). He was pretty much knackered towards the end. Nevertheless his stamina is ridiculously good and he looked amazing in my earlier videos (which I'll probably upload onto facebook).

People who don't box don't realise how hard it is throwing punches continously for such a long time. However Mayweather's stamina always seems to miss an element of pace to it when he fights and he can fight a bit lazy, either that or just cautious, hard to say

Not exactly sure now you mention it :witzend:

The way Sky pushed it on sky news the other day though with the 25 minute live interview with Floyd, I'd be suprised if it's not box office with Matthew Hatton vs Judah on the bill.

I should have stayed, but had to get to harringey for box cup, it would have been nice to get real good quality filming of him training, when I got to the event, they did not need me, so a wasted day for me........
