why does everyone think mayweather is not on stuff? let me remind people of a certain marion jones who passed about 50 tests and got caught out through her emails. she never failed a test because she was using designer stuff that the testers didnt know about. mayweather has the money to get this sort of help so if he is on this stuff then he doesn't have to worry about tests cause they will never catch him. I am almost certain mayweather and pacman is on stuff.

I have needles phobia and I faint almost everytime I get blood drawn. Yet I have a big tatoo and although it did hurt a lot, it never felt anything like having a needle inserted inside my veins and pumping the blood out of me.
Yes it does.
There are 3 types of "needle" phobias:
Trypanophobia - fear of medical procedures/surgeries involving injections and/or hypodermic needles
Aichmophobia- fear of pointy things aka Belomophobia, Belonephobia
Enetophobia - fear of pins
Not everyone is the same. It is dependent on which phobia they are alleging he has. No press statement from Top Rank has confirmed which one he has been diagnosed with.

MAYWEATHER is terrible for boxing.....
it was better if he'd stayed retired for good, he fights boring and dodges all the Live contenders and when he does agree to face Pacman he starts to ask for ridiculous demands so he can weasel his way out of it.
He should just go away for good and lets get on with an exciting 2010 and we'll get the REAL Welterweight fight later this year between the number 1 Mosley(or Berto) vs Pacman in october.
Its well known Manny has a well known Phobia about NEEDLES.
Floyds camp asked for March, Pacs camp said yes.
Floyds camp asked for Drug testing 30 days prior, Pacs camp says OK.
Then...
Floyds Camp asked for 2 days prior for testing.
Thats almost laughable....Mayweather would know there is NOOOOOO way manny was going to agree to have a Needle take his blood 2 days before a big fight.
If every boxer out there had the same attitude as Manny, boxing would be truly great....unfortunately there are too many Mayweathers!
He and his fans are everything that is wrong with boxing....supporting the likes of Mayweather who have sucked the blood out of boxing by dodging Live contenders and never taking challenges that count.
Manny is everything that is good, he has done more for bringing boxing back to the public around the world in just the last year then Floyd has done in his whole career.
People who support him are deluded people...probably care in the community patients!

I can see Roach's and Pacman's point, they are willing to go by and take any boxing commision rules. Why should they back down to Mayweathers demands? Mayweather is not the commision, he does not write up the rules. Can understand why some are doubtfull about Pacman now though. Some fighters are paranoid about having blood taken out of their body before a fight because they think it will take energy or strength from them.

I'm surprised at this. Why do you have such strong feelings on this Larry? Is it simply because they are so good?

Most Asians prefer to get tattooed using bamboo rather than needles anyway, so him having a new tattoo doesn't automatically mean he's ok with needles.

I don't see any bamboos there
No bamboos, doubt it was a day before a huge fight either

Bit controversial especially with you been in the trade.

My understanding is this: the refusal to submit to random drug tests at any time before the fight has not come from Pacquaio but Roach, who believes it will be too much of a disruption. Schaefer, has said that because of this, he's confident that it can be overcome. Roach has also said that they're quite willing to do it, as long as they have a five day window of when it's likely to take place, and not a 30-day window.
I really don't see the problem.
I don't think that Pacquaio's team would be acting like that if they thought they were going to be caught out.
I'm not saying they're definitely clean, but at the very least I don't think they're likely to get caught.
Equally, I think this isn't an effort by Mayweather to punk out of the fight. I think Roger and Floyd Snr simply think that Manny is doping and want to protect their charge.
I still think the fight will happen.
I still think that Manny will lose.

I agree, sort of. Don't think Floyd's trying to get out of the fight either and he may believe Manny could be using but I think it's more sinister than just protecting their charge, I think Floyd (and his team) are playing games and putting the doubt in people's mind so he's in a win win situation, ie if he loses all the "
well Manny was juiced" theories start getting spouted and it also takes Manny's focus away.
Also agree that the fight will still happen and that Floyd will win (even though I hope he loses)

Good point.
And it has to be said that the Mayweathers are, to a man, graceless, classless guttersnipes.

i say what I say because I am a qualified pharmaceutical chemist and used to be a decent sprinter who still has links to alot of top athletes. Also my past has brought me into contact with some people who I won't name who have some interesting things to say the least about certain people. Don't get me wrong, I am not condemming anyone, in fact i am sticking up for pacman in all this. I just fing mayweather very hippocritical.

Thanks for the insight Larry
i think people seem to be over-looking the fact that Floyd left boxing in 2007 as a small-ish welterweight and came back in 2009 as a big welterweight with bigger shoulders and muscle bulk but still the same speed and reflexes.
'If' they are both juicing...maybe Floyd just thinks his best chance to win is to fight Manny when they are both straight.
btw hope the training is going well for Belshaw

I think it's great you stating your opinion on here so openly. Bit suprising as so many people are guarded when they say anything so it's refreshing when someone just says what they think. Must also help being a big hard fooker too :)

Agree 100%. It amazes me that people and fans don't accept that almost all top athletes from almost every sport are taking something.
Reminds me of Carl Lewis. Calling out Johnson even though he was on sh1t himself - only he knew he wouldn't get caught.
Even if you do get caught those with good lawyers (Jones) can get off countless times.

Nothing wrong at all!
Pac and roach should welcome this and it should be standard in all big fights!

except it isnt standard and I guess that is the point from Pacman and co's perspective.
