Yep and it will be like before whne they did the premier league season ticket. People will say why the hell should i pay to watch football when im already paying sky to watch football. If it was the only channel showing boxing that would be understandable i could scrap sky sport and just have allegedly, but its not going to be, if i want to follow the sport i will have to pay through the teeth for extra channels.

As long as you're not tied into 6-12-18 month contracts I'd definitly get it. I don't have Sky Sports as between the wife and kids I don't get to watch the football. However, the wife does enjoy the boxing and it's on in the evening when the kids are in bed. £10 a month seems reasonable to me.

Would not waste a penny on the wacky warren circus especially now he,s brain washed one of my faves St. George

I watched this the other week. It is a really good documentary.

At a tenner a month, I'd subscribe. It's basically Setanta reborn with the Bunce Boxing Hour (which itself it worth the subscription fee!). Hopefully Andy Kerr will be his anchor man.

Whilst it looks like Setanta reborn, but with Warren's stable, there seems to be a lot more boxing on offer than Setanta offered if the report on Boxrec is true.

No one likes Warren, including me, but with the overseas fights chucked in too, it'll be well worth the money, if, and it's a big if, the volume and quality of live boxing is there.

Looking like I'll ditch Premier Sports for this.

It'll just be like his shows - when first announced, they're immense, but when we actually get to fight night, a lot has changed. In around 12 months when people have been tied down to 12 month contracts and the quality is shite, people will moan their arses off. I don't trust fish-face one iota - he can fornicate himself.

Well, I have to say I can see where Dioufy is coming from and I agree.

I will not be paying for this. Streaming all the way.

He's just been on the radio - it's free til xmas and then £10 a month and kicks off with Walsh v Appleby.

It will be two shows a week so it's not that bad value for money, and he's got deals with Sauerland and Golden Boy for coverage of Kessler and Hopkins' next fights.

Still, it's FW and probably won't last.

He only got a deal for Golden boy next fight doubt it be long term. If its free until xmas who is funding the large losses this is likely to make?

I voted yes but I really don't agree with it...but the fact is I want to see boxing, so what do I do?!

You would think it would be in promoters interest to get as many people back into the sport as possible -fights on C5 and normal sky sports, even amir fighting on ITV. Not making half the sport inaccessible to even the hardcore fans or ripping us off on crap ppv bills.

Thing is, someone from Warren's camp is looking at this right now and seeing the voting and having a good laugh. Warren knows he will get his share of subs, whether its enough to make it worthwhile, in the long run or if it holds enough interest, when the standards of the fights revert to the norm, is interesting to see.

So say 40k hardcore subbed, thats 4 million per month. Worthwhile? FTM, maybe you could help us here?

Im generally against paying more for add ons. I've managed to avoid ESPN and most Primetime PPV so far, and only had Premier Sports for 2 months. Some of this is based on principal, partly on expendable income, but when you compare with other entertainment" costs it aint bad value really.
Missing one Premiership game would give you 3 or 4 months subs, one less night out would give you at least 4 months subs, not sure what a night at the pics costs but I would guess thats one months subs. So...if they provide a half decent programme, weekly news hour and maybe one show a weekend yes i'm tempted to part with a tenner.

Not for me, economic downturn and all that, I'm penny pinching where I can so extra boxing subscriptions just aint gona happen. I guess there may be a fair few people in the same boat. Not the right time economically to be launching stuff like this imho.
