Is Allegedly cashing in at the expense of exposure?
He knows there are idiots out there that will buy into this. So how many idiots does it take to break even at the expense of exposure?

Unless they regularly show Mila Kunis & Natalie Portman sucking off a horse, I'm out.

Will I pay for something that I have no idea what it is or what it will cost?
What a dumb poll. Couldn't even wait for details of what it was before you put this up.

The only way i'll buy this is if a new Television Title is formed and only allegedly fighters can go for it with the winners being declared Super Undisputed Champions of the world and being fed a combination of talented fighters from Africa and Eastern Europe.

Eddie Hearn is also said it. It is a TV station, and knowing FW it will be subscription based. Whats dumb about that?

Because you don't know what's on it. Eddie Hearn uses his twitter to slag off his rivals.
You are assuming this is just for Warren shows. But how many promoters around the world have no market in the UK for their fights right now?
Top Rank and Sauerland both had deals with Setanta and no one was jumping up and down saying waste of money. Everyone thought it was great.
So if the new channel is basically Warren's show plus a bunch of big shows from Europa and America, plus Bunce's boxing hour, is that worth a tenner?

In theory i'm not against paying a subscription charge each month for a 'Boxing only' channel, infact it's what many boxing fans have asked for.
My problem is that i don't think Warren has enough fighters in his stable to put on monthly events worth paying for, if maybe he'd got at least one or two other promoters aboard like Hennessy, Hearns or Maloney then suddenly paying £10 a month becomes a tempting proposition.
So part of me wants this to succeed as a few years down the line it could be great for boxing if they have 100,000 subscribers that's £1 million which would mean some high quality boxing shows each month. As long as they promised never to charge additional fees for the 'BIG' fights then it's worth a punt for a hardcore boxing fan to try it out for a year.

Yes, If all promoters went there then that would be ok, but they won't.exittored wrote:In theory i'm not against paying a subscription charge each month for a 'Boxing only' channel, infact it's what many boxing fans have asked for.

I would pay a tenner per month for a boxing channel, but I need to see what they are offering before I sign up. I hope it is true that Bunce Boxing Hour is coming back and the sunday supplement boxing programme - all this sounds great. Throw in a few international cards and all of Franks stable and I have already talked myself into subscribing.

Re: Will you subscribe to the alleged new boxing station?
I'd pay a tenner a month just for the return of a weekly Steve Bunce boxing hour. That was an incredible show, it really was.
Re: Will you subscribe to the alleged new boxing station?
I would pay £10 a month for it IF it was on Virign, and it meant the end of PPV for "UK based" shows/fights. I dont mind paying PPV for USA shows (when there is a decent fight card) but some of the UK PPV's recently have been shite, also a stream is OK but if for £10 a month I got good quality coverage I'd be happy enough.
Re: Will you subscribe to the alleged new boxing station?
Well I pay £7 per month for Premier Sports, for which I get about 2 shows a month, if I'm lucky. They don't even seem to do those Belfast shows with Frampton any more. So for £3 more, it doesn't take a lot of guesswork that I'll switch.
Re: Will you subscribe to the alleged new boxing station?
Cant see enough casual fans subscribing.
