He took steriods....
He tested positive for stanozolol on one occasion and boldenone and stanozolol on another.
Thanks - so just to be clear, I can watch all of this weekends action - including JT on Friday for free on their live stream!Deno1986 wrote:Yep.dbf wrote:Is Allegedly Channel still free?

Says programming starts at 6 on the websiteDeno1986 wrote:I forgot this was on Allegedly channel. Their coverage starts at 3pm and runs until 8pm so scrap my 4pm guess I'd say.
I checked my info on the Sky Guide, it definitely says that it's running from 3pm to 8pm so not sure which info is correct.mrbassie wrote:Says programming starts at 6 on the websiteDeno1986 wrote:I forgot this was on Allegedly channel. I could see Toney taking a beating from Marciano.BIGMARK wrote:Not for me, Holyfield is an ATG for sure but hasn't got that old skool thing that Toney and BHOP have which would slid them into any erakeithmoonhangover wrote:Evander Holyfield surely.dbf wrote: And Glen Johnson!
If Archie couldn't, there ain't a chance in the world for Toney mate.BIGMARK wrote:See I couldn't and what a match up that would bekeithmoonhangover wrote:I could see Toney taking a beating from Marciano.BIGMARK wrote: Not for me, Holyfield is an ATG for sure but hasn't got that old skool thing that Toney and BHOP have which would slid them into any era
Holyfield was finished when he fought Toney - although credit to Toney, he fought a good fight.BIGMARK wrote:And didn't Toney Old Skool Holyfield plus Archie Moore was at least 40 when he thought Rocky and had been Ko before
Jersey Joe Walcott, Dwight Muhammad Qawi, beautiful to watch.Jon Saxon wrote: Can any of the smart guys on here direct me to an old school figher (obviously Floyd has it down but I can't think of many other 'relaxed' fighters like Toney) with the same defensive shoulder roll style as James Toney? anyone know?
Differences aside, I feel for you mate. I was gutted when my hero (Larry Holmes) was beaten by Tyson. The sad thing is that he'll likely continue and keep calling out the Klitschkos. I'm not a Toney fan, but this is a side iof boxing I hate.King Geedorah wrote:So this is how it ends. Beaten up by a Yokel in some Moscow nightclub with cheesy Euro amyl nitrate-fused disco blaring in the background and featuring ring card girls who look like they're high on heroin but who still have better movement than JT.
It was boxing's version of some anti-Viagra drug.
Haven't felt this bad since the Batchelder (filmed using a camera that some woman had smuggled into the venue using a tampon box) fiasco.

This comparing of old time fighters against modern day fighters is useless and serves no purpose. Completely different weight levels back then and iit's impossible to say who would have beaten who. All you can ever be is the best of your era or one of the best and Toney has been one of the best. It's like asking how Jack Johnson would have gone on if he had fought Bugner, it's just crazy.DaveBoyMorrison wrote:keithmoonhangover wrote:If Archie couldn't, there ain't a chance in the world for Toney mate.BIGMARK wrote: See I couldn't and what a match up that would be
Was just gonny post the same thing. Marciano has too much for Toney, who is well overrated IMO. His lack of discipline would let him down against most of the greats from middleweight up to heavy.
Speak for yourself mate. I like thinking how fighters from then would do against fighters from now.Quixall wrote:This comparing of old time fighters against modern day fighters is useless and serves no purpose.
