He rewatched it and had it Josh by 1 round..

“I had Josh by one round, 113-112, with two swing rounds which could have gone either way,” Davison told IFL TV. “[Scoring it for] Jack 113-112…a lot of people are saying that is the scorecard they have come out with.

“But that’s one round the other way and the score’s flipped. It was one of those fights.”

He’s not gonna exactly come out and say he rewatched it and thought JT lost.

He was stumbling along in that interview.

Said he told Taylor he needed a knockout to win because it was a tactic to get him to win the final round.

Lads, you think Ben is good value, wait till we get a load of Angel (and hopefully Joby) now he’s head of the AJ team. I think the dynamic duo, if allowed to unleash the full range of their rhetorical repertoire, will surpass Ben with some ease.

Google the sky interview with Joby where he talks in all seriousness in terms of his Teachings, only some of which are rendered from his close study of the animal kingdom :yay:

Lol I saw! I'm not defending him but given the chance these two will really come into their own!

I hadn’t considered that angle- you’re always more perceptive than I am about that kind of thing- I was just looking at it like these poundshop svengalis baffling him with psychobabble and cod science. But then, ‘poundshop’ is exactly right of course, ha :TU:

Has it been confirmed that ‘BRILLIANT BOXING’ Joby is indeed still on the AJ gravy train I mean team?

Whenever I hear a boxer nowdays refer to themselves in the third person I still remember us all on here 20 years ago laughing at Ricky Hatton and Audley Harrison for doing the same thing.

Will it ever die out or do boxers have to sign a waiver to agree to do it when they turn pro?

Bizarre isnt it! Its like some of them have a list of behavioural traits they need to follow. Act like a pudendum before the fight, pretend there's beef with their oppo, say they're 'gonna smash his head in', kick off at the weight in, dont ever admit they lost (even when ko'd there is an excuse), its the trainer's fault so fire him...then repeat and rinse. Maybe its cos im old but im bored of the same shite. However Boxercise is leading the way by miles at being the most deluded trainer ever!

Yes, and the contract also states that all fight poster photos must be taken midway through passing a turd the size of Wiltshire
