David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
This is not an unwinnable fight for Allen, but he needs a career best performance to stand a chance.
The main factors for me are : Is Browne in good condition ? and Can he still perform when off of the PEDS ?
Oh, and Allen needs to train like never before !

They seem to be sending nudes back and forth to show they are in shape. Browne in particular looks trim
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
Browne wont knock Allen out. This is a points fight all night long.
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
Brown has been finished for a long time , if it goes past 3 rnds he'll probably cllaspe from exhustion
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
brown is in good shape

Looks trim, don't know if it'll translate to cardio.

Browne is looking for a 'warm' up prior to Allen. Anyone heard who this could be against?

Presumably once that’s out the way the Allen fight will be announced.

If Browne needs a warm-up for this he's done at any decent leveljameswilson wrote: ↑28 Feb 2019, 09:35Think I saw that Browne was fighting Kamil Sokolowski.

Dan I think he was done at a decent level when he got iced by Whyte. He got made to look bang average that nightdanconnollyeire wrote: ↑28 Feb 2019, 12:32If Browne needs a warm-up for this he's done at any decent leveljameswilson wrote: ↑28 Feb 2019, 09:35Think I saw that Browne was fighting Kamil Sokolowski.

Browne can still be in fun UK fights if hes in shape.smiling assassin wrote: ↑28 Feb 2019, 12:42Dan I think he was done at a decent level when he got iced by Whyte. I expect him to beat Allen, then why not Price? Joyce for the CW title? Chisora, Dubois, Gorman(?) etc.
Thats still a decent level of boxing to me
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
He was concussed when he got in the ting, shouldn't have been allowed to go ahead. He'd have lost anyway but he was lucky to not be badly injured.smiling assassin wrote: ↑28 Feb 2019, 12:42Dan I think he was done at a decent level when he got iced by Whyte. Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
I thinks David Allen thinks hes better than he is. Allen is nothing more than a 'possible' British level fighter, nothing more. The only thing Allen has going for him is his solid chin. David Allen is a loss away from being a decent journeyman.
Re: David Allen v Lucas Browne - 13th April
More like losing a promotional deal away from being a good journeyman!
Eddie has looked after him.

Browne got a gift of a decision after being floored. Scored 57-56. He didn't actually win. Kamil Sokolowski strikes again
