I don’t really buy the ideal body argument. It’s what you do with it. Look at Mike Tyson, for example.

The young Cassius Clay later Muhammad Ali had a great build for a heavyweight. He was not overly muscled but lean and he had a good solid set of legs.

the thing is a well chiseled muscled body does work as an intimidation factor against opponents, the brain is wired for it , because it shows strength which instanly gives that person 1 up on you, you cant lie and say it doesnt,
