ortiz pulled out 3 times vs his last 2 scheduled opponents, dude needs to get his sheeyat straight
I don't know what he is waiting on because there are no big money fights out there for himmargaret thatcher wrote: ↑07 Jul 2023, 11:57 ortiz pulled out 3 times vs his last 2 scheduled opponents, dude needs to get his sheeyat straight
I think it may be more of a thing where he needs to replace people on his team that know something about cutting weight, and move to 154. Hiring a nutritionist would help too. No way would I sign to fight him again if I were Stanionis.tiny_acres wrote: ↑07 Jul 2023, 12:00I don't know what he is waiting on because there are no big money fights out there for himmargaret thatcher wrote: ↑07 Jul 2023, 11:57 ortiz pulled out 3 times vs his last 2 scheduled opponents, dude needs to get his sheeyat straight
damn. hopefully it is just a matter of being too dry at that weight, because he has quite a history of weird and bad health issues the last 3 years.AngryGoon38 wrote: ↑07 Jul 2023, 08:38 "Vergil Ortiz" will obviously have to take some time off and re-evaluate things at this point in time.
Oscar DeLahoya said in a very recent interview that this is the third time that Vergil Fainted while in training, and Oscar has basically thus concluded that Vergil Will Very likely have to move up to 154, in order to be able to continue with his Boxing Carear.
Hopefully moving up to 154 will be The Sweet Spot for Vergil. And hopefully he becomes Properly Acclimated to that specific weight-class, and thrives in That weight-division. Someone commented in the "Oscar Delahoya" interview video that Vergil Might wind up Ultimately Having to move up to 160, being that 154 "Could be Still Too Much Dehydrating for Vergil", especially at this point in time, where he's recently had not one or two, but now "Three fainting Spells".
Imo, Vergil Could Definitely Still be a Force to be reckoned with, even at 160. He'd most certainly feel Extra Strong in that weight-division. It would just come down to how well he can take a punch from a hard hitting Middleweight.
Has besputin fought since he pissed hotmargaret thatcher wrote: ↑25 Feb 2024, 02:59 what the hell has happened to stanionis? no fights in 2 years after his good win over butaev.. incidentally the other guy to beat butaev (alex besputin) has no fights in 3 years
